Ensuring that no conflict of interest exists with its major agencies, the company has established regular, ongoing sales to both the ethical and generic pharmaceutical sectors as well as maintaining strong contact with the veterinary market. Due to the increase in outsourcing by the ethical sector, the company, by virtue of its position, has been able to take advantage of many additional market opportunities for its principals.

The company's philosophy has always been to provide its principals and customers with a first-class service which is achieved in many ways; by passing accurate and up to date information to the principal, by joint visits of principal/agent to the customers and by the holding of large stocks to ensure prompt delivery. The warehousing of goods also extends to a special licensed area to hold and supply scheduled drugs, including opiates and amphetamines. In addition, we have the ability to re-pack under MCA license to facilitate those customers requiring smaller pack sizes.
